JUNIOR AMBASSADOR
Train the next generation of Scout leaders by providing children and preteens with a safe, creative, and service-oriented space where they can develop early leadership skills, a culture of peace, and global awareness.
The Junior Ambassador program prepares the youngest Scouts to become future youth ambassadors, fostering from an early age a love for the Scout Movement, the values of WOSM, and the spirit of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through playful activities, guided community missions, basic cultural exchange, and friendly challenges, Junior Ambassadors begin to understand their role as agents of change.
The program promotes competencies such as creative expression, cooperation, care for the planet, and respect for diversity, integrating activities adapted for Cubs, Scouts, and the earliest youth sections according to each NSO’s structure.
Vision:
To become the strongest global Scout children’s network, present in every National Scout Organization, promoting early leadership and a sense of global belonging. The program aims for thousands of children to be guided by young Rovers and adult ambassadors, progressively integrating into other international IYAP programs and establishing a growth pathway that inspires the entire Scout family.
